Better than a main dealer?

It’s hardly surprising some fleet managers and drivers are fed up with the service they get from main dealers.
They can’t or won’t always collect and return the vehicle.
It’s not always easy to get through on the phone.
They sometimes make you wait up to three weeks for a service.
They charge high prices for parts, labour and even lubricants.
Many do extra work without getting authorisation first.
They all work to different standards.
They’re often not that local. Drivers have to travel to them.
And their numbers are dwindling …so they’re becoming even less convenient.
