All our work is quality assured and guaranteed. All parts and labour carry a twelve month or 12,000 miles warranty. And we always fit OE quality parts, so vehicle warranties remain fully protected.
Thanks to the “Block Exemption Regulation” 14002002 (BER) introduced in October 2003, drivers have the freedom to service their car away from the main franchise dealers without affecting the manufacturer’s warranty. We enable people to take full advantage of this freedom – servicing vehicles according to the manufacturer’s service schedule, using parts compliant to their guidelines, and with the work done by qualified and fully trained technicians.
We choose the centres in our network extremely carefully – and then continually monitor and assess them to ensure that the very highest standards are met. Following structured national SLA agreements and quality processes including a strict code of conduct, we ensure that every part of the service is fulfilled every time - right down to stamping the service book and carrying out a free wash and vac before delivery.
